Hoetracker (“we”, “us”) is a private dating CRM. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Account email and authentication data
- Board content you create (contacts, notes, dates, photos, date logs, preferences)
- Billing details processed by Stripe if you subscribe (we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs, not full card numbers)
- Basic technical data needed to run the app (session cookies, view-access sessions, security checks)
How we use it
To provide your board, authenticate you, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account. View-only guests only see what an owner explicitly shares through the view-access flow.
Processors
We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on login). Data is stored in those providers’ regions as configured for this project.
Bot protection (Turnstile)
Login, signup, and password reset use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. That processing is described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Contact us if you want your account and associated board data deleted.
